Creativity – Each exercise has a clear description, explanation, and detailed movement and muscle analysis. This helps you to understand the essence of each exercise which is necessary when creating variations.

You are encouraged to create as many of your own exercise variations, but we will also teach you numerous variation (including the small equipment such as Magic circle, ball, roller, soft ball and elastic band) to give you a rich exercise base to start your teaching career as easy and as smooth as possible.

Functional anatomy – It is important to understand what kind of functional movement is happening during each exercise, for example spine flexion, hip extension, etc. Knowing that enables you to create variations intelligently and with a clear goal of what you want to achieve with a certain exercise.
